I ordered a sweatshirt from Rally House in July, it never came. Then I spoke to Mackenzie or whoever is running the social media account. Horrible personal skills and down right mean. 0/10 from me. Plenty of other on-line stores.

If I have to see one more of these hideous and nauseating commercials I will kill myself. Complete and total garbage

Placed an order online. The next day they send an email saying they canceled my order and that the item was out of stock. No reach out to see if I would take a different color or design.

I called customer service and they were rude and unhelpful. Said I would I would have to place a new order that would not ship out until Monday?

Would not give me backer mayfield socks. 14 pairs on the shelf. Charles fault. $#*! charles. The Kenwood store was horrible. He gave me death and bomb threats. Please remove this dangerous employee

I ordered and paid expedited shipping and got a confirmation. Next email says they are out of the 1/2 of my order that is on sale but the full priced items have shipped. Great. I don't need 1/2 of my order, I need all of it. So now I have 1/2 of an order coming and I have to deal with a return. So thanks for the chore Rally House, you suck.

Purchased a New Era 39 Thirty NBA cap through this waste of a seller... boy was that a mistake! I basically paid 35 bucks for a cap I could have bought at a Ross for a quarter of the price! The quality sucks. The box looked like it fell from a plane and the cap was badly damaged when it arrived.
Since receiving it I have been battling with there joke of a customer service department, which is basically non existent!
Do NOT waste your time or money on Rally House. Please shop elsewhere. I promise you will thank me later.

Extremely disappointed that I had to pay the price increase between the time of a December Christmas gift purchase and an exchange in early February for the EXACT SAME SHIRT (swapping a medium for a large). I even called customer service and they said this was their policy. POOR POLICY!

I have used them in the past and had a good experience but my last transactions was rough. I am a football fan who's team hasn't been to the Superbowl in 32 years. Naturally when we made it this year I jumped online and started looking for the perfect T shirt to remember it. After a couple days I found the shirt I wanted and placed the order with Rallyhouse using a free shipping promo. I was patiently waiting until after SIX days I received a random email saying my order was cancelled because the shirt was out of stock!! This wouldn't be that bad if not for the fact that at this point all of the similar shirts in my size were sold out everywhere. So I trusted this wonderful memory with Rally House and they absolutely dropped the ball and the only thing they did to make it right was offer either 20% off or free shipping. I already had that offer on the original order!!! You would think a company all about fans would understand the importance of this moment....

They take nice pictures and lead you to believe a product is something that it's not. For example I thought I was buying a full-size Dallas Stars logo hockey puck based on the image, price, and description. When in reality i got an expensive tiny black piece of round plastic (about the size of a quarter) with a Dallas stars sticker on it. It's crazy that this company is still in business scamming people like this.

Ordered an Islander Chair for my son October 28. Lost the order. Then told me it was the manufacturers problem. I have written to them so many times. I have four different case numbers. Too busy to answer the phone. No one knows that they are doing. Now 12/28. Have had my money since 11/7. No chair. No help
